Sodexo, Marymount\u2019s food provider, is committed to sustainability practices<\/a>.<\/p>\n Marymount dining facilities offer fair-trade coffee, and Sodexo purchases food locally whenever possible. In fact, Lola\u2019s Caf\u00e9 in Caruthers Hall, features locally grown, organic produce. Reusable food and drink containers are available for take-out. And, the Gerard Dining Hall went trayless in 2010 to reduce water usage. Sodexo is working with MU to incorporate more sustainability initiatives.<\/p>\n
