All utilities are included in the monthly rate, including Roku TV, and high-speed WiFi. Housing charges are billed and paid through MU student accounts, which provides the ability to have financial aid to cover your housing costs.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Priority for housing at Ballston Campus Apartments is given to graduate students as housing is limited and there is often a waitlist. If space becomes available, graduate students are moved off the waiting list and assigned a room and roommate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>To complete the Housing Application: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Once your application is submitted, <b><u>a $500 deposit is required to secure your space<\/u><\/b> (<i>payable via check made out to<\/i>&nbsp;<b>Placemakr Marymount Ballston<\/b>). Please drop off your check in person or mail a check or money order to the following address:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><b>Placemakr Marymount Ballston<\/b><\/div>\n<div>ATTN: Leasing and Administration Office<\/div>\n<div>1008 N. Glebe Rd.<\/div>\n<div>Arlington, Virginia 22201<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Please indicate your first and last name on the check memo line. <b>If payment is not received within 7 business days of your submission, your application will be automatically canceled<\/b>.
