All utilities are included in the monthly rate, including Roku TV, and high-speed WiFi. Housing charges are billed and paid through MU student accounts, which provides the ability to have financial aid to cover your housing costs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Priority for housing at Ballston Campus Apartments is given to graduate students as housing is limited and there is often a waitlist. If space becomes available, graduate students are moved off the waiting list and assigned a room and roommate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong>To complete the Housing Application: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">The Fall 2023 housing application is <strong>now open<\/strong> for graduate students.
