These instructions should be followed step-by-step\u00a0to assist with the ease, efficiency, and productivity of the process.<\/strong><\/p>\n To report an incident, submit the\u00a0<\/strong>Incident Report<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0form and all relevant documentation (in PDF format only)\u00a0to the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution.<\/strong><\/p>\n Submission is done via the\u00a0online submission<\/a>\u00a0page. Please do not use campus mail to submit documents.\u00a0All documents must be scanned and converted into PDF format for submission.<\/strong>\u00a0If you experience any difficulties with the online submission page, please contact the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution.<\/p>\n Online\u00a0Submission\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n As a reminder, faculty and staff at Marymount University are the only individuals that are permitted to file a report of academic misconduct. If you are a student and have a concern about academic misconduct, please contact the instructor of the course that you are concerned about.
