Therefore, we assess room change requests carefully and grant them when it is practical to do so. Please note that room changes are not guaranteed and depend on the availability of accommodations.<\/p>\n<p>For administrative purposes, there is a specific period at the start of each semester during which we may not consider room change requests. This allows us to verify occupancy and identify any available vacancies.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, room change requests are typically not approved during the last two weeks of each semester to allow
