At Student Living & Student Engagement, our primary goal is to foster a supportive and enriching environment for all residents in our dormitories.<\/p>\n

We firmly believe that frequent room changes can disrupt the development of strong and thriving communities within our residences. Therefore, we assess room change requests carefully and grant them when it is practical to do so. Please note that room changes are not guaranteed and depend on the availability of accommodations.<\/p>\n

For administrative purposes, there is a specific period at the start of each semester during which we may not consider room change requests. This allows us to verify occupancy and identify any available vacancies.<\/p>\n

Additionally, room change requests are typically not approved during the last two weeks of each semester to allow students to concentrate on their final exams.<\/p>\n\n
