Here at Marymount, Saints care about their health and wellness. Wellness is defined as a facet of health that goes beyond the absence of disease.\u00a0Another way to think about it, is that wellness refers to a positive state (being well) and illness refers to a negative state (being ill). Wellness is inclusive, self-directed, and on-going.<\/p>\n
