This ensures we have the necessary information to support your health and well-being on campus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required health history and immunization information must be submitted through the <a href=\"http:\/\/marymount.medicatconnect.com\">Medicat portal<\/a>. Students must register within the portal when logging in for the first time.
