<\/h2>\n<\/h2>\nAssistant Director of Community Health & Title IX Deputy<\/em><\/p>\n Nishan Oliver is the Assistant Director for the Office of Wellness at Marymount University. She received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Washington University and her Master’s in Health Science at the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. Nishan has a background in public health focusing on preventative mental health care and a specialty in trauma counseling. She also carries a strong passion for mentorship, student engagement, and student success. In her current role, she provides a safe space for all students, especially those in need. In addition to this, she provides training for students, staff and faculty, and runs wellness events throughout the academic year. When she is not working, Nishan loves to create art, make music, and write poetry. Nishan strives for excellence in providing the highest level of care to students, staff, faculty, and parents of all backgrounds. Her goal in leading the Office of Wellness is to help Marymount achieve its highest health and wellness potential all around.<\/p>\n Case Manager & CARE Team Chair\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n Judy is a Case Manager for the Office of Wellness at Marymount University. She received her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences with a Pre-Physical Therapy concentration and her Master’s in Public Health Education and Promotion here at Marymount. Judy has clinical work experience performing various health screenings for employees across different industries at Virginia Hospital Center. Judy is excited to take on this role as it combines her passions of higher education and public health. Being a recent graduate of Marymount University, she understands and empathizes with the challenges that come with being a college student. Judy strives to guide and empower students through helping them build-self advocacy skills beyond Marymount. Her career interests revolve around worksite wellness issues and strategies to create realistically healthy work environments for everyone across all fields.
