Ashly is a Senior from Hyattsville, Maryland who is majoring in Biology with a pre-med track and minors in psychology. Apart from being the president on SGA, she is president of Saints Unafraid Club, Vice President of Wisdom Club, and Treasurer of the Science club. As well, she is does research with Dr.Wright to find microbes in soil and volunteers at Advinst Hospital in Silver Spring, MD. Ashly is very passionate about helping her community on and off campus. She hopes to bring a voice to her Marymount peers, create opportunities that strengthen leadership skills and build connections between students and administrators to better their student experience here at Marymount.

Ella is a sophomore majoring in politics with minors in law and criminal justice! She is from Columbus, Ohio. Her freshman year she served as Committee Chair for the University Services and Sustainability Committee. Ella is a Spirit of Service Scholar, Phi Eta Sigma member, Global Scholar, and in the Honors program. Outside of school, she is currently interning at the Arlington County Juvenile and Domestic Court. Her main goal as VP is to help students be proud to attend Marymount!
Andrea Anaya

Andrea is a Junior from Silver Spring, Maryland, studying Politics with a minor in Sociology. Aside from serving as SGA Treasurer, she is also part of the honors program, President of the Latino Student Association, a member of the SOC Treasury Board, and Marymount’s Newman Civic Fellow in-residency. Andrea joined SGA during her freshman year, where she worked as a Senator and Chair of the Academic Affairs Committee. She has continued to serve in Student Government because Marymount has become a home to her, and wants other students to feel the same way. Her hope is to work with other student leaders to strengthen the mental, physical and academic resources for students to thrive in the best learning environment.

Blen is a sophomore from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Computer science with a minor in Math. Blen is the campus Resident Assistant. She is also a spirit of service scholar, global scholar, and honors student. She is also a member of several clubs, including the Association of Women in Computing, where she serves as secretary. Blen joined SGA with the goal of guiding others and serving as a role model so that they can achieve their goals and succeed in a positive college environment. She would like to see more campus spirit and involvement, as well as open communication between the facility and students.Go saints!
Marci loves creating connections with students while helping them learn how they can give back to Marymount. Marci earned her B.S. in Communication Studies from Longwood University and her M.S. in Student Affairs Administration from Appalachian State University.
