Since joining Marymount, Hall and her colleagues have implemented an open-sourced ticketing system, improving communication and workflows within the library. She and her colleagues have presented this project at conferences and also received a grant in November 2017 to further this project as a software package available for adoption at other organizations.

Hall has also served on an Association of College & Research Libraries Committee for the 2019 ACRL Conference, where she helped select and moderate Lightning Talk presentations.
