Human Resource Policy and Procedures Manual
The Marymount University’s HR Policies and Procedures Manual (HR PP Manual) is a reference guide for ALL EMPLOYEES: staff, faculty and administrators that is designed to provide accurate and timely information on University policies that relate to the employment relationship with the university.
The goal of this Manual is to be both current and consistent with Federal employment laws and regulations, and the best available evidence supporting the discipline of Human Resources Management. Administrators, faculty, and staff are encouraged to use this Manual for consistent application of University policies. Most policies apply universally across employee categories, however exceptions exist and are duly noted as such.

Employee Policies and Procedures Manual
The Marymount University’s Employee Policies and Procedures Manuel is a reference guide for our employees to use to understand and know Marymount University’s operating procedures. The Employee Policies and Procedures Manuel instructs employees that are expected int he workplace as well as protect their rights as an employees.
