Service Awards Program
Marymount University’s Service Awards program recognizes the outstanding contributions of our long-term employees. On each milestone anniversary the employee is recognized with a gift.
Who’s Eligible?
All full-time employees.
What’s a Service Milestone?
Milestones are celebrated every five (5) years of service, from 5 years to 50 years.
How does it work?
Eligible new employees receive a Welcome email with instructions to create a password that gains access to the Service Award program website.
When an employee reaches a service milestone, a Congratulations email is sent with a link to the appropriate milestone catalog so they can choose their gift. The employee has 120 days to make their choice.
