Circuit Training will consist of weight, strength, flexibility, and cardio training in a fun fast-paced atmosphere. You can learn and train fundamental strength movements through a variety of exercise stations with your body weight, free-weights, and machines. All fitness levels are welcome! This class is FREE to all MU students!
Come out and paint either what you want your future to be or to pick something that you want to improve about yourself and paint what positive growth of that would look like, this could be done in a literal sense or abstract. we want to see everyone's wonderful artwork!!
Join us each Wednesday at 2pm for Live Guided Meditation - take a break and relieve some stress. The Office of Wellness, Ministry & Spiritual Life, and Student Counseling Services will alternate leading live guided meditation. We will focus on self-care practices, including self-love, grounding, and stress relief practices! These meditation practices will be brief
Bring a partner or find a partner to compete for some fun prizes! The three partner challenges include a sac race, egg race, and water balloon toss. The prizes include a Wellness Blanket (all weather), Waterproof Speakers, and Workout Bands. There will also be FREE Wellness Day t-shirts!
