Self-Care & Coping Clinic

Stressed? Overwhelmed? Anxious? Join the Student Counseling Services Self-Care & Coping Skills Clinic where you will gain practical coping skills, learn about self-care, explore grounding and mindfulness, and build strategies to improve your mental health. Discussion is optional and no personal sharing is required.
