Rising Fitness is an introductory run/walk/abs course where you can challenge yourself and introduce the concept of running into your life. Each day class members will be presented with a couple different walk/run routes throughout the Arlington community and groups will be formed to run as small groups. Once groups are finished, head back to campus where we will all meet up and do some core/ab work leaving you satisfied and prepared to tackle the day ahead.
This class is FREE to all MU students
