Live Guided Meditation

Join us each Wednesday at 2pm for Live Guided Meditation – take a break and relieve some stress.
The Office of Wellness, Ministry & Spiritual Life, and Student Counseling Services will alternate leading live guided meditation. We will focus on self-care practices, including self-love, grounding, and stress relief practices! These meditation practices will be brief (10 minutes) and great for all levels of meditators – especially beginners.
The location will alternate bi-weekly between the Ballston Prayer & Meditation Room 2010 and the Wellness Nook Berg 1001D in the Office of Wellness Suite. Be on the lookout for meditation content as well on our Instagram page @bewellmu!
