HIIT (Group Fitness Class)
September 10 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This workout is great for anyone, from beginner to elite athletes. You can make it as difficult or easy as you desire. HIIT will consist of short bursts of intense strength and cardio movements followed by short bursts of rest. There will be primarily body weight, medicine ball, and some light weight movements.
