Circuit Training (Group Fitness Class)

September 23 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am

Circuit Training will consist of weight, strength, flexibility, and cardio training in a fun fast-paced atmosphere. You can learn and train fundamental strength movements through a variety of exercise stations with your body weight, free-weights, and machines. All fitness levels are welcome!


This class is FREE to all MU students!
