Your Nursing courses will introduce you to evidence-based practices and various nursing processes. In addition, your hands-on laboratory and clinical experiences will allow you to develop competencies in caring for patients across the life cycle. Two ways to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing<\/strong><\/p>\n Marymount\u2019s Nursing programs are accredited by the Commission on College Nursing Education<\/a> and approved by the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Nursing<\/a>. You\u2019ll also have the chance to take on an internship, which provides you with advanced expertise in a chosen area of specialization and prepares you for your nursing career. Our students have recently interned at Virginia Hospital Center, the Arlington Free Clinic, Washington Hospital Center, and more.<\/p>\n

\nStudents in our Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs have a first-time pass rate for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) that is greater than 85% for the past five years\u2014which is consistently higher than national averages.<\/p>\n
