Fall 2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Undergraduate students registered for 12 or more credits and all graduate students registered for 9 or more credits for the Fall 26 semester will be automatically enrolled in and billed for the Student Health Insurance Plan.\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n

The Fall 26 semester online waiver site opens on or around 06\/12\/2026 and closes on or around 10\/04\/2026 @ 5:00 pm. If you intend to exercise the waiver option, you must do so by the deadline date or be responsible for the premium charge TBD (subject to change).<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have coverage through an individual or family plan, you can waive the university-sponsored plan by submitting a waiver. The waiver can be found by logging into The Student Health Waiver<\/a> <\/strong>webpage and logging in under the plan summer to waive or enroll in the insurance plan.<\/p>\n

For additional information regarding Student Health Insurance, please call the provider’s Customer Service at 1-833-440-0570.<\/p>\n

Spring 2027<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Undergraduate students registered for 12 or more credits and all graduate students registered for 9 or more credits beginning in the Spring 2026 semester, will be automatically enrolled in and billed for the Student Health Insurance Plan.\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<\/address>\n
