When finishing that contract, students should include housing preferences within it. These preferences typically include:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Specific building.<\/li>\n<li>Single or double occupancy.<\/li>\n<li>Private bathroom and\/or kitchen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students may list most anything as a preference.
