The machines are easy to spot!<\/p>\n<h2>Kiosk Printing Benefits<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-33393 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/marymount.edu\/academics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/09\/WEPA-239x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/marymount.edu\/academics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/09\/WEPA-239x300.jpg 239w, https:\/\/marymount.edu\/academics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/09\/WEPA.jpg 454w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 239px) 100vw, 239px\" \/><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Kiosks are located on the Main campus and Ballston Campus<\/li>\n<li>Students can print black\/white and color copies; single or double-sided; 8.5 x 11<\/li>\n<li>Kiosks use high-quality laser paper and high-definition ink<\/li>\n<li>Cloud printing with touch-screen kiosks<\/li>\n<li>Prints most Windows and MAC file types<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>WEPA accounts are automatically created and associated with each student&#8217;s Marymount user account and password.<\/p>\n<h2>To print documents directly from your PC or MAC<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Go to www.wepanow.com.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Login using your Marymount user account (e.g. cv012345@marymount.edu) and password.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Click on the \u201cDrivers\u201d link and download either PC\/MAC Driver.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Click \u201cfile\u201d and \u201cprint\u201d from any application. (i.e. Word, Excel, pdf, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Select either the WEPA-BW Printer (for black and white pages) or the WEPA-Color Printer (for color pages) from the print properties drop down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Select any print options (multiple handouts, duplex, multiple copies, etc.). \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Go to any WEPA print kiosk on campus to release and print your document(s).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>To print documents from a computer lab or the library<\/h2>\n<p>In these locations, simply click the Print button in your application, select the WEPA printer (WEPA B\/W or WEPA Color), enter your WEPA username and password, and go to a WEPA kiosk to pick up and pay.<\/p>\n<h2>To print documents using a USB drive at a WEPA kiosk<\/h2>\n<p>Insert a USB drive containing your files into the WEPA print kiosk and follow the on-screen instructions.<\/p>\n<h2>To print documents from anywhere else<\/h2>\n<p>Lets say you&#8217;re using a friend&#8217;s computer that is set to use his\/her WEPA account, or a public computer at a coffee shop that isn&#8217;t set up for WEPA printing. You can still print by uploading documents into your online WEPA account. This option works with a limited number of file types including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF. File size cannot exceed 20 MB.<\/p>\n<h2>Mobile Printing<\/h2>\n<p>You can now send email and attachments to any WEPA kiosk. Whether you are using the iPad, iPhone, or Android, you can download the WEPA app from the App Store or Google Play and send documents to any WEPA kiosk.<\/p>\n<h2>Release a Print Job<\/h2>\n<h3>Release Code<\/h3>\n<p>After you print from your computer, WEPA will give you a 6 digit release code. You can press the \u201cRelease Code\u201d on the screen and you will be directed to that single print job. Select the print job and then select your payment option<\/p>\n<h3>Userid Login<\/h3>\n<p>After you have printed several jobs, you can print all of them at once by logging into your account at the Kiosk and hitting the \u201cSelect All\u201d option, and then by selecting your payment option WEPA will print all of the selected jobs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Free Printing Credits from MU<\/h2>\n<p>Your Marymount WEPA account will be preloaded with $25 each semester for printing. This will provide you with approximately 250 pages of free printing. WEPA also supports JPG and BMP printing.<\/p>\n<h3>Is there a file size limit for uploaded documents?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, 20 MB. This limit applies only to documents uploaded to the WEPA website, not to the print jobs sent from an application or printed directly from a kiosk with a USB drive.<\/p>\n<h3>Can I use my USB flash-drive (jump-drive) at the WEPA kiosk?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes. You can print directly from your USB flash-drive at any WEPA kiosk. Simply touch &#8220;Print from USB&#8221;, insert your USB flash-drive (your files will be displayed), select your file(s) you want to print.<\/p>\n<h3>Do I need to enter my &#8220;Release Code&#8221; for each print job?<\/h3>\n<p>No. \u00a0The release code feature is a great feature if you are on the go and you need to print just one file. \u00a0If you have to print more than one file, we recommend you login using your Username\/Password.
