As part of our commitment to supporting excellence in research, the Office of Research Development, Education, and Support (ORDES) and IRB have developed a new Marymount Human Subject Research and IRB Training<\/strong>\u00a0(see IRB manual<\/a><\/u>, Section 4.3). This training is designed to support principal investigators (PIs) in developing strong, well-designed IRB protocols. By providing guidance on common protocol components, ethical considerations, and best practices, the training aims to streamline the review process for researchers by limiting the number of revisions.
