Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR)– a term used across federal granting agencies– is the practice of scientific investigation with integrity<\/em>. This involves following all established norms and ethical principles involved in research activity.<\/p>\n Research integrity is a fundamental expectation of all MU faculty, staff, students and collaborators engaging in research.<\/p>\n Faculty and students engaged in research are recommended to complete RCR training. For those participating on NIH-funded projects, this training is required.<\/p>\n Additional NIH training modules on Rigor & Reproducibility and Clinical Research are also recommended, as appropriate.<\/p>\n The NIH RCR training portal can be accessed for free via the NIH Responsible Conduct of Research<\/a> website.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" What is Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR)?
