The Speech-Language Pathology minor is designed to prepare students to apply for a graduate program in speech-language pathology. With the addition of clinical experiences, students will be prepared to be a speech-language pathology assistant. Licensure is required to practice as a speech-language pathology assistant in the state of Virginia. <\/span><\/p>\n

Students are encouraged to meet with an advisor to assure breadth\/depth of knowledge and experiences prior to applying to graduate school in speech-language pathology.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Admission Requirement: <\/span><\/b>This minor is open to students in good academic standing.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
