Welcome!<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Here are your next steps to begin your academic journey here at Marymount:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Generate your <a href=\"https:\/\/marymount.edu\/Academics\/Services-Resources\/Technology-Services\/IT-for-Students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new student account<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Take the <a href=\"https:\/\/marymount.edu\/academics\/services-resources\/student-academic-hub\/academic-advising\/step-2-directed-self-placement-dsp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Directed Self Placement (DSP)<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Submit all official transcripts from any colleges\/universities you have attended, including dual enrollment programs. Submit all official scores for any Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), or College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) you have completed. Not sure how those credits will transfer? See the <a href=\"https:\/\/marymount.edu\/academics\/services-resources\/registrar-s-office\/transfer-credit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Registrar\u2019s Office website<\/a> for more information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Ready to register for classes?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New first-year students starting with us in the Fall semester will register for classes during New Student Orientation. More information about orientation dates and how to register for orientation can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/marymount.edu\/student-life\/new-students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Orientation website<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>New first-year students starting in the Spring will register for classes during a virtual registration session in November and\/or December. You can track your progress in your program, register for classes, and plan out future semesters in Workday.
