The purpose of Marymount University\u2019s program in Political Science and International Relations is to help students develop critical thinking and effective writing skills, engage deeply with theoretical and applied concepts in local, state, national, and international governance, and prepare for careers in government, advocacy, law, policy, and international affairs.<\/p>\n

To that end, the program solicits donations to a program fund<\/a>, which can be put to the following uses at the discretion of the political science and international relations faculty:<\/p>\n
