Before your meeting begins, consider the below options to reduce the likelihood of unwelcome or disruptive participants joing your meeting.<\/p>\n
ALERT<\/strong>: Send Zoom meeting links using Marymount communication tools and resources (e.g. Canvas, Email, etc.). Do not send meeting links using social media or other public forums.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n You can configure Zoom to include the password in the meeting invite or you can distribute the password separately. Once all the intended particpants have joined, close the meeting. You can do this by selecting<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Only authenticated users can join means you can restrict users from joining only if they are Marymount faculty\/staff\/students.<\/p>\nRequire a password<\/h3>\n
