These include the\u00a0National Institutes of Health<\/a>,\u00a0Smithsonian<\/a>,\u00a0Emerson Clinical Research Institute<\/a>, local medical facilities like\u00a0Virginia Hospital Center<\/a>,\u00a0Inova Fairfax<\/a>, and the\u00a0Arlington Free Clinic<\/a>, and even political organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
\n<\/b>Service is a hallmark of a Marymount education. Biology students and faculty give back both locally and globally \u2014 examples include partnering with\u00a0e-NABLE<\/a>\u00a0to provide cost-effective, 3D-printed artificial limbs to those in need, serving those who are food insecure in Arlington County through an on-campus community garden, and working with\u00a0Hawksbill Hope<\/a>\u00a0on its volunteer work in Gales Point, Belize.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
