The mission<\/a> of the Library Instruction Program is to advance the information literacy<\/a> of Marymount University students and faculty by addressing both immediate curricular needs and lifelong learning.<\/p>\n

Through person-to-person, classroom, and online methods, library instruction promotes information literacy and awareness and use of the library and Washington Research Library Consortium (WRLC) resources. Information literacy is \u201cthe ability to identify, locate, evaluate, and use information for a specific purpose.\u201d<\/p>\n

Library instruction is available to current Marymount students, faculty, staff, and administrators.<\/p>\n
