{"id":2473,"date":"2020-10-13T13:54:02","date_gmt":"2020-10-13T13:54:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/developmenttwo.marymount.edu\/academics\/?page_id=2473"},"modified":"2021-03-02T17:49:58","modified_gmt":"2021-03-02T17:49:58","slug":"donating-to-the-university-archives","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/marymount.edu\/academics\/library-learning-services\/archives\/donating-to-the-university-archives\/","title":{"rendered":"Donating to the University Archives"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The University Archives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>takes custody of inactive records with enduring historical value.<\/li>\n<li>\u200bprovides inventories, access to your files, and\/or research services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>**All administrative records received by the University Archives are available to the originating office, but are automatically restricted for a period of 25 years from the date of creation for outside researchers.**<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>To send items to the Archives please fill out the&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/173JT3_ZGqfzF8IjaUqcEhXpmFQXV0LfRHFW0kgQn4T8\/edit\"><strong>Records Transfer Agreement.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>What are records of enduring historical value?
