No unofficial transcripts will be issued by the Office of the Registrar. You must clear any financial restrictions, including Student Accounts holds, from your record before any transcript request will be processed. If your hold has not been cleared within thirty days of submission of your transcript request (or you fail to notify the Office of the Registrar that your hold has been lifted within thirty days of submission of your transcript request), your request will be cancelled and you will need to submit a new request once your hold has been lifted.<\/p>\n<h2>Official Transcripts<\/h2>\n<p>Current Students &amp; Former Students: Electronic transcripts and hard-copy mail transcripts are available through the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.parchment.com\/u\/registration\/32649\/account\">Parchment Storefront.<\/a> Prices vary based on the delivery method selected and are listed in Parchment. As we recently transitioned to a new student system, all transcripts must be reviewed prior to their first release out of the new system. Due to this transition, processing time for transcripts is increased. If your order is time sensitive or you have a deadline for your transcript, please contact us so we can ensure that your order is processed by your deadline. Please notify us of your timeline\/deadline by emailing registrar@marymount.edu or calling 703-284-1520.<\/p>\n<p>Phone and chat support for online ordering is available through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.parchment.com\/chat-support\">Parchment Support<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Expedited and International Delivery Services:<\/h3>\n<p>Students may request hard copy transcripts sent via FedEx through the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.parchment.com\/u\/registration\/32649\/account\">Parchment Storefront<\/a>. Shipping costs will vary based on the service requested and delivery location. As we recently transitioned to a new student system, all transcripts must be reviewed prior to their first release out of the new system. Due to this transition, processing time for transcripts is increased.<\/p>\n<h2>Resend Policy<\/h2>\n<p>One courtesy resend may be requested at least 14 calendar days after the original send date and must be requested within 30 calendar days of the original order. Changes to the delivery address require a new request.<\/p>\n<p>Important Note: If you request a transcript before all grades are posted or before your degree is conferred, the transcript will be processed with the information available at that time.
