Academic Advising Appointments

Academic advising appointments are available via Zoom OR face-to-face. You may schedule an appointment with your advisor in Starfish, which is found under Sign On Links in the Portal. Your academic advisor will appear in your Success Network on the Starfish homepage. You may click on their name and follow the system prompts to schedule an appointment.

Academic Coaching Appointments

Academic Coaching appointments are available to all students via Zoom. You may schedule an appointment with our academic coach in Starfish, which is found under Sign On Links in the Portal. A staff member with the title “Academic Coach” will appear in your Success Network on the Starfish homepage. You may click on their name and follow the system prompts to schedule an appointment.

Student Access Services Appointments

Student Access Services appointments are available to all students via Zoom OR face-to-face. You may schedule an appointment with Student Access Services staff (Sven Jones and Alyssa Bennett) in Starfish, which is found under Sign On Links in the Portal. Sven and Alyssa will appear in your Success Network on the Starfish homepage.

You may also schedule an appointment with Student Access Services by emailing access@marymount.edu, and sharing the days and times you are available to meet during our business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).

Peer Tutoring and Writing Consultation Appointments

Tutoring sessions are available to all students via Zoom OR face-to-face.

Tutoring appointments can be made on TutorTrac, which can be accessed through your Marymount Portal (my.marymount.edu) under the “Sign On Links” section. Here is a link to a step-by-step guide to making an appointment, and here is a link to a video tutorial on making an appointment.
