Director for the Center for Career Services
Adrienne Mitchell currently serves as the Director for the Center for Career Services. She comes with extensive experience after spending ten years working in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development for both hospitality and government industries. Adrienne earned her BS degree in Marketing from High Point University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University. She’s passionate about helping students identify their long-term career goals and connecting them with their next opportunity.
Emily Kane Dombrowsky
Assistant Director for Student Employment
Emily Kane Dombrowsky currently serves as the Assistant Director for Student Employment. She comes with extensive experience in higher education spending the last 13 years serving students in the areas of campus ministry, student conduct, health promotion and education, and now career services. Emily earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a minor in Music from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She then earned a Masters of Education in Counseling and Higher Education Administration from Clemson University in South Carolina. She’s passionate about serving students and supporting them as they navigate the college experience and the transition to young adulthood.
Holly Leppert currently serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Center for Career Services. Holly brings a variety of experience to Career Service after spending the last few years working in Enrollment Management at Regent University where she used innovation to streamline aspects of the enrollment management process. Holly has earned her Bachelors in Psychology from Regent University and a Masters in Non-Profit Leadership. Now that Holly has completed her Masters, she hopes to earn a SHRM-CP credential. Holly enjoys serving students and helping them prepare for life after graduation.
Ana-Sofia Alcaraz currently serves as the interim coordinator for the Center for Career Services. Ana-Sofia has worked at Marymount for four years with the Center for Global Education and is currently assisting Career Services with internship placements. Ana-Sofia is passionate about social justice and knows that by encouraging and assisting students to expand their horizons. She holds a BA in English from Loyola Marymount University and a Masters Degree in Latin American Studies with an emphasis on Human Rights from Georgetown University.
