Handshake is Marymount’s main online platform for hiring and recruiting students and alumni. Handshake helps employers find, access, and hire the best talent at Marymount. With a free account, you will be able to:

  • Create a company profile that educates students and alumni about your organization
  • Post full-time and part-time jobs and internships 
  • Register for on-campus and virtual recruiting events and career fairs 
  • Coordinate on-campus and virtual information sessions and events

About Private In-Home Employers

Marymount University cannot use Handshake to post private, in-home care opportunities such as child care/in-home care, tutoring, etc. If you are a private employer seeking to post opportunities we listed above, we encourage you to reach out to community listservs, public job boards, and/or community organizations to circulate these opportunities.
