Our approach gets you back to work faster with the skills you need to evaluate and manage talent.
Our Human Resource Management Master’s Degree focuses on the practical. Our faculty are in-demand experts in talent attraction, talent development, leadership, and organizational development. Businesses rely on them as paid consultants. In the What’s Next Economy, where finding the right person for a specific job is often hard, our Human Resource Management program is essential for the HR professional looking to advance a career or for an executive attempting to better understand how to attract and retain talent.
Our HRM classes are offered in 8-week terms. This allows students who would like to accelerate their degree to complete their course of study in a year. Classes are offered in a hybrid format that combines synchronous and asynchronous class work. This gives students a key benefit of a Marymount education – regular contact with faculty – while also allowing students who have other responsibilities to manage their schedule.
Unlike many other HRM programs offered in a traditionally siloed university, our multidisciplinary, unified faculty allows for many combinations of certificates and degrees that will help graduates stand out in the workplace.
Our certificates count toward the credits required for an HRM, allowing students to create individualized degrees. We offer Human Resource Management MA’s with specializations in the following areas:
Students can also complete a second Master’s programs to create skill combinations in the time it would take to obtain one Master’s qualification at other comparable universities. For example, obtaining an MA in Human Resource Management and an MS in Cybersecurity. This allows students to tailor their education to meet their career goals in unique ways.
Alternatively, students can benefit from the efficiency of our dual degree program for Human Resource Management and Business Administration.
Our HRM program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs.
