We get you back to work faster with the skills to manage and lead in the health care industry.
Health care in the What’s Next Economy poses the biggest social and commercial challenges of our time. Whether your focus is healthcare policy, delivery or innovation, Marymount’s School of Business and Technology is where you want to continue your education. Our programs give you access not just to SBT faculty, but to faculty from other schools at the university, giving you the opportunity to pursue a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare management.
We’ve built our Health Care Management Master’s program to have maximum flexibility. Our HCM classes are offered in 8-week terms. This allows students who would like to accelerate their core HCM to complete their course of study in 15 months. Classes are offered in a hybrid format that combines synchronous and asynchronous class work. This gives students a key benefit of a Marymount education – regular contact with faculty – while also allowing students who have other responsibilities to manage their schedule
Unlike many other graduate programs offered in a traditionally siloed university, our multidisciplinary, unified faculty allows for many combinations of certificates and degrees that will help graduates stand out in the workplace.
Because of our certificate programs, we can offer the following additional specializations for students seeking an MS in Health Care Management:
- Digital Health
- Healthcare Informatics
- Organizational Development
- Project Management
Students can also complete a second Master’s programs to create skill combinations in the time it would take to obtain one Master’s qualification at other comparable universities. For example, obtaining an MS in Health Care Management and an MS in Information Technology. This allows students to tailor their education to meet their career goals in unique ways.
Alternatively, students can benefit from the efficiency of our dual degree programs:
Our HCM MS program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education.
