ISSS strives to further global awareness through a wide variety of intercultural and educational programs for the University community, these programs give an opportunity for students to share their rich cultures and be engaged in the University community.

Intercultural Lunch and Chat

Description: Join this support group and talk about topics that concern us as international students.   It’s a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental atmosphere.

Description: F-1 visa holding students must attend a workshop so they can learn about internships and employment opportunities after graduation. International student advisors will go over the application requirements and deadlines.

International Thanksgiving

Description: Celebrate a multicultural Thanksgiving with a mix of classic American favorites and international dishes with the Marymount community. An annual tradition at Marymount, students, staff, and faculty join together to share in a meal and give thanks before the Thanksgiving break.

Travel Signatures & Create Your Own Global Bucket List

Description: Come to the Center for Global Engagement to build your global bucket list collage and see what programs can help you complete it. International students can also stop by now and get their travel signatures for the Thanksgiving break.
