Kelly L. DeSenti, Dean for Student Development and Engagement
kelly.desenti@marymount.edu Kelly is the Dean for Student Development and Engagement in the Offices of Student Development. Her portfolio of direct supervision includes New Student Transitions, Campus Programs and Leadership Development, the Counseling Center, the Student Health Center and the office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity. Kelly has worked in higher education since 1990 and joined the Marymount staff in 2000. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychological Services from Springfield College and a post graduate certificate in Counseling from Marymount University.
Tina Rajmaira, Dean for Student Services
christina.rajmaira@marymount.eduTina is the Dean for Student Services, and has direct oversight for the Office of Campus and Residential Services, Conference Services, International Student Services as well as Graduate and Commuter Services. Tina joined the Marymount team in 2013 and holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of California, Irvine.
Marjory Eisenman, Liaison to the Dean for Student Development
marjory.eisenman@marymount.edu Marjory came to Marymount in 2006 in the role of Liaison to the Dean for Student Development. In this position, she works with the staff in all areas within Student Development and assists with professional development, budgets, and candidate searches. In addition, Marjory leads the Family Orientation program. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and American Studies from the University of Kansas and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Iowa State University.
Corri Pfister, Coordinator for New Student Transitions
corri.pfister@marymount.edu Corri came to Marymount in the spring of 2012 as the Coordinator for New Student Transitions. In this role Corri coordinates all programming for new first year and transfer students, including New Student Orientation and the Peer Mentor program. Corri earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lynchburg College and a Master of Education in Community Counseling from Lynchburg College.
Sarah Burnett, Coordinator for Commuter & Graduate Student Services
sarah.burnett@marymount.edu Sarah joined the Student Development staff in 2011. In this role she coordinates all commuter and graduate student events in addition to advising Commuter Activities Board and Graduate Students Council. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Marymount University and is currently perusing a Masters degree in Legal Administration at Marymount.
Jessica Mackey, Administrative Assistant

caroline.mills@marymount.edu Carrie began at Marymount in the spring of 2013. She supervises the student employees and assists the staff in the Office of Student Development with day to day operations. Carrie earned a Bachelor of Arts in African and African American Studies from Duke University.
