Mail and Package Delivery Information for Students

The Mail Services staff delivers mail to your campus mailbox Monday through Saturday. There is no delivery on Sunday or federal holidays. We do not deliver mail on days the University is closed (see our
holiday hours).
All incoming mail and packages are delivered to the main mailroom in Berg Hall G103. The Mail Services staff posts a daily list of package recipients outside the mailroom and at all mailbox locations. You can pick up packages at the Berg Hall mailroom during window hours by presenting your MU ID. They will also notify you if you have a perishable delivery, such as flowers.
Posting Schedule
- UPS packages: posted in the early afternoon, Monday through Friday
- FedEx, DHL, U.S. Postal Service: added as they arrive, Monday through Saturday
Package Tracking
Email Notifications of Package Delivery
Marymount scans all packages that contain a tracking barcode. If you receive a package with a tracking barcode, you will receive an automated email notification to your Marymount email account. Contact Mail Services (ext. 1494) if you need further information.
