Healthy Eating

"Fall into Healthy Eating" – an initiative sponsored by the Student Health Center, Sodexo, and MU Dining Services – launched in October. This health and wellness promotion focused on the nutritional benefits of snacking on nourishing foods, as opposed to empty calorie snacks.
 
Students received an easy baked apple recipe that can be made in the microwave. Tasty samples were handed out during demonstrations in the dining hall and Gerard Lobby. Students loved it, and the Student Health Center would like to thank those who participated.
