Wood Lee Arms Apartments
Apartment types include one-bedroom/single occupant and two-bedroom/double-occupant units. The latter configuration is suitable for graduate students who know another student they wish to live with, or who request to be assigned a roommate by Marymount’s Office of Campus and Residential Services.

All apartments have a full kitchen, one full bathroom, furnished dining and living rooms, and a twin extra-long bed in each bedroom. Laundry facilities are located on-site. Parking is included, and the number of parking spaces is determined by the number of occupants in an apartment.

The apartments are within walking distance of the Main Campus, but Marymount shuttle buses provide free transportation connecting Wood Lee Arms apartments, the Main Campus, the University’s Ballston Center, and the Ballston-MU Metro station. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and other local shopping destinations are easily accessible.

Archstone Ballston Square
These apartments are two-bedroom units for two occupants.

All apartments are unfurnished. They have a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Occupants have access to the pool, workout room, and other common areas. Basic utilities are included. Occupants are responsible for obtaining Internet, phone, and TV service. Limited parking is available for $50 per month in an attached underground parking garage.

This complex is a short walk to the Ballston-MU or Virginia Square Metro stations. It is located in the heart of Ballston, home to many shops, eateries, and other entertainment options.
