Student Government Association

The purpose of the Student Government Association (SGA) is to be the official representative of the student body. SGA also:

  • Provides a balanced forum for communication between students, faculty, and administration
  • Advances student opinions and concerns through legislative action
  • Ensures a fair and representative judicial process

Mission Statement

The Student Government Association is a group of committed student leaders who defend the values of the institution, uphold the Student Government Association Constitution, promote unity and spirit within the Marymount University community, and represent the best interests of their peers.
