Student Life

In college, learning takes place both inside and outside the classroom. In fact, the more you participate in campus life, the more meaningful your college experience will be!

At Marymount University, there’s always something to do. Marymount’s 30 student clubs and organizations and 17 NCAA Division III athletic teams make campus an exciting, dynamic place to be. And MU students are encouraged to start new clubs and organizations that address their specific interests.

Service, faith, and fellowship are important here, too. Marymount is a Catholic university that welcomes students of all backgrounds. If you’re interested in learning more about yourself, building positive relationships with others, and making a real difference in the world, Marymount is the place to be!

And don’t forget: all the excitement of our nation’s capital is just five Metro stops from campus. Washington, DC, offers boundless opportunities for entertainment, cultural enrichment, and recreation.

A great education in a capital location – it’s what the total Marymount experience is all about.
