James Ryerson has been a member of the Marymount faculty since 1982 and now serves as dean of the School of Business Administration. He previously served as chair of the Management and Marketing Department. During his tenure, Dean Ryerson has created and taught courses in marketing, international marketing, marketing management, marketing research, and consumer behavior. Currently he co-teaches all School of Business Administration freshmen in a section of MGT 123 The Business Experience during each fall semester.
Dean Ryerson is an executive co-chair of the
Human Resource Leadership Awards of Greater Washington and a member of the Board of Directors of the Ballston-Virginia Square Partnership.
In 2005, Dean Ryerson was named the inaugural recipient of Marymount University’s Robert A. Draghi Outstanding Faculty Award. In 2004, he was the inaugural recipient of the School of Business Administration’s Outstanding Colleague Award.
