Dr. Kenneth P. Yusko is an industry leader in the research and design of strategic employee selection, development, and performance management systems. He has written and taught widely on negotiation techniques for attorneys and executives. Dr. Yusko’s ground-breaking research on negotiation and conflict management in the legal field earned him a grant from the National Science Foundation.
