Men’s Soccer Falls at St. Mary’s

St. Mary’s City, Md. – Marymount University’s men’s soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision on the road at St. Mary’s (Md.) in Capital Athletic Conference action on Saturday afternoon. The one goal game is the 12th this season for the Saints.

A scoreless game turned to the Seahawks (7-8-0, 3-4-0 CAC) favor in the 74th minute with the lone goal of the contest. St. Mary’s outshot the Saints 19-8 in the game but only five were on target for the home team and four for MU.

In goal, Daniel Keefe collected four saves for the Saints (4-9-3, 1-4-2 CAC) in the loss.

Marymount returns to action on Tuesday as it closes out its regular season against CAC foe Frostburg State.
