Men’s Basketball Falls at CAC Rival Mary Washington
Fredericksburg, Va. – Marymount University’s men’s basketball team fell 78-43 on the road at Capital Athletic Conference rival Mary Washington on Saturday afternoon. The Saints fall to 7-15 overall and 2-7 in league play.
Reed Scott led the Saints with 12 points on 6-of-8 shooting. Danny Ferry added seven points and Tim Brisco chipped in six, both off the bench.
Jesse Konadu grabbed a team-high five rebounds for the Blue and White while Antonio Rouse dished out three assists.
Taylor Johnson led the Eagles (11-10, 5-4 CAC) with a game-high 18 points.
Marymount returns to the hardwood on Wednesday as it travels to face Salisbury in CAC action.
