Golf Places 10th at Messiah Falcon Classic

Harrisburg, Pa.- Marymount University’s golf team put together its best performance of the season, shooting a 340 at the Messiah Falcon Classic on Tuesday. The Saints’ total was 15 strokes better than its previous low of 355 earlier this year.

Peter Johns paced the Saints with a team-low 80 to tie for 19th place. Hot on his trail was Jonathan Watson with an 83 to tie for 31st.

Rounding out the Marymount scoring, Nick Ryerson carded an 87 to tie for 41st while Jeremy Brenton scored a 90 to tie for 51st.

The Saints wrap up the Fall season with their participation in the Messiah Fall Classic. Marymount returns to action in the Spring at a tournament to be announced.
