The simplest way to make a credit card gift is to use our online giving form. However, if you prefer, you can make a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express gift through the mail. To do so, please complete and print this gift form or send your credit card number, expiration date, phone number, and instructions regarding your gift designation to:
