Enrollment Verification Information for Students
Marymount University participates in the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). Enrollment verification information is sent electronically three times each fall and spring semester and two times each summer semester to the NSC. The NSC reports this information to every guarantor agency and most lending institutions in the United States. The first set of data is transmitted to the NSC approximately two weeks after each term begins. The second set is transmitted 60 days later during the middle of the semester, and the final set is transmitted to report graduated student information approximately two weeks after the end of the semester.
You may check with the Clearinghouse directly for information about your student loans on the Loan Locator
Web site. Only students with Perkins Loans will need to submit a paper enrollment verification form to Marymount.
Direct Loans lenders are participating in the National Student Clearinghouse data transfer. Students with Direct Loans no longer need to submit paper enrollment verification to MU. This data will be transmitted automatically three times each semester during fall and spring and two times during the summer semester.
